lady alton First time out for Alex, I paced him around but we managed to miss a turn and had to double back which added a bit! Alex did well on the first lap but started to struggle a bit on the second lap! hayfever kicked in a bit for him too! We will do it again in a couple of weeks and see how he does then! About this parkrun

2 laps, 90/10 grass/trail path. Slightly undulating - no real hill but enough incline to make a nice downhill drag into the finish. No facilities at the run itself.

Done as part of NYD double to welcome in 2019. As bank holiday parking at Costco was not an option. Get there early on NYD. Fun park course with final straight of each lap a fast downhill stretch.
