Mark J 🇳🇿 Training ramping up now and the calves and Achilles can feel it. Up to 50-70k's a week now but I've had a few quiet weeks due to man flu. Although, I do see this as a realistic PB race, if you're thinking of betting, I would hold off until a lot closer to the time before placing, just in case it all goes pair shaped like last year. Update: Entered the Selwyn half two weeks out from Queenstown. If that goes plan, then it's game on. Update: Leeston half 1:44. So I should PB Queenstown but not by as much as I had hoped. But I WILL PB so feel free to bet away. Late injury during my last training run means I am just aiming to complete the distance now. Forget betting all together.
