About this parkrun
Lovely flat out and back along the river trail, done twice. Definitely road shoes, paths very narrow, plenty of local dog walkers to avoid, dogs not allowed on the run11th May 2019
Lovely flat out and back and out and back again. The paths have recently been resurfaced so a very good surface.

Pan flat and to be honest a bit dull given the location. Of course event team are outstanding and the atmosphere is great, but the course is definitely pretty plain. Could be very, very fast though.
