Narrow Feet Good race, crowded at the start, but saved me from going off too fast up the hill. Felt good all the way round and had enough left for a sprint finish. Pleased with the time as it's a PB. Sub-40's looking a possibility now. Need to find another 10k soon. Really feeling the benefits of long interval training. Unaffiliated 39:04 40:20 40:50 40:32 66.69
