RunnerBean1978 Disapointed with the result which I had hoped would be one min quicker. Not sure why as I felt I put all my effort in - can only think of one factor - the 3k race the night before which added to my lactic legs! Sting Ray A good course, didnt mind doing two laps. It felt like most of it was down hill, but the run up hill is in 3 stages getting harder and harder. Dagenham 88 Runners, Pitsea Running Club, Flyers Southend 35:20 38:22 44:00 41:28 50.80
Wolfwoman I had to pace myself to do the hills, no way did I want to walk. I sped up on the downhill on the last lap, making up for lost time. Unaffiliated 38:02 40:26 43:26 57.54
