GeoC Again very hilly course simlar to the 15K in May. Did'nt feel like racing and was going to treat as training run, but felt OK despite being under the weather this week. Quite please with time as the challenges were again heat / humidity and climbs - bit more prepared as doing more hillwork. Think I can get close to 40min in Nov back in Hong Kong as flat course there. Unaffiliated 44:42 44:42 47:35 45:35 62.04
