Sarah64 I'd like to run this race in 30 minutes (or less) if I can. I usually run 10 minute miles over 10km distances, however over shorter distances I tend to run about 9 minute 20 to 9 minute 40 minute miles. I didn't get the time I wanted (my pace was 10.03 minute miles), but due to it being 26 degrees in the shade, a course that mostly inclined until the final bit, and I hate running on grass (which was longer than it should have been), overall not too bad a time.
