Alun The final Kent League of the season, had an outside chance of an M50 bronze but had a lot to do to earn it. Went out hard but got caught up in a bit of congestion early in the first lap, got free and pushed really hard through the laps to be as high up the field as possible, taking more places than I lost. Not sure where I finished but my pace puts me more or less bang on my 10k PB from 2011. Very pleased to collect the M50 bronze! Medway & Maidstone AC 39:24 67.02
