Longlegs Another event in the Kent Fitness league Cross Country Series. Felt ok today, the best I have felt in any of the corss countries so far this year. Didn't help that it was the club Christmas party last night. Didn't push too hard as still not 100% fit. Things are getting better again! Swanley & District AC 41:03 41:03 42:50 54.31
