Dowse Really fun event, something a bit different. Very hilly! Took a couple of wrong turns when I lost the runner in front. Garmin only measured 4.3 miles, so I'm not going to make my time official as I think Seagrave would kill me for claiming this as a 5 mile PB. Time = 32:08. Met some really nice guys from Evesham Vale and I've been promised a shoutout at the Evesham 10k. Birmingham Running, Athletics, & Triathlon Club (BRAT), Malvern Joggers 30:51 35:23 32:08 65.56
