Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

new course - a bit twisty with no real flow - pleased with the time considering...
Fantastic race - one of the best atmospheres Ive seen at the start and finish. Well marshalled, well organised. Slightly strange vet categories (V35-44, V45-54, etc..) but in the end two "fully qualified" V40s won the vets anyway, so all's well! I liked the course, didn't mind the twisties. BUT, confused that this was 3 seconds slower than the "gruelling" Overton last week, yet I ran better today, harder, and I've had a nice rest this week. Hmmm.. They even took the mickey out of Willard at the prize giving for being "slow". Anyway - generous prize for a small race - thanks - and would come back.
Ambitious prediction but I'm hoping fitness will have returned to a level where I can attempt to 5:00m/m this.

Was a little too ambitious as ended up with 5:03m/m, a little disappointed I couldn't hold on to Williard but still good progress on the return to form
