Casares Pacer Fine going up but coming down was really hard work on the legs. Very fearful of falling and being out of control so with each stride I was effectively putting on the brakes. I think I need to run with a carefree attitude when coming down. My first fell race so pretty good overall. My thighs since has been really sore. Newport & District RC 33:27 48.62
