JamieKai *chameleon* (Pre race) Just looked at the race course and realised that we have to run up that horrible hill in Avenham Park. Adjusting expectations accordingly - just hoping for sub 48m, rather than 45 ;) (Post race) Difficult race - plenty of mean little hills, and one huge monster which was hard to run both up and down! Wouldn't be surprised if people didn't get injured there actually - I'll not run this course again.
