Lethargic Pancake flat course, around the lake, very PB' able if wind drops. 5th place, Headwind, mile splits 5.24, 5.18, 5.18, 5.32, 5.04. PB by 26secs, felt tired. Long Eaton Running Club 25:35 26:39 26:50 26:39 80.27
MAD Superman A weekend in Germany didnt help but truth was I went out too quick and blow up M4. Went through 2m in around 11:30 and slowed. Wind didn't help but only have myself to blame for not cracking 30. Managed to dig in the last mile thanks to a clubmate who told me there were loads waiting to overtake and managed to summon enough energy to stick with him until the finish.
