Scott S Taking a half day off from work to do this so I better do well Never actually ran at this time of day before so I've no idea how well I will run. Added: Nice run. Got caught out at the start as I didn't start running until a few secs after the gun went off. Hill at 2 miles wasn't too bad but the one at 4 miles wasn't something I liked the look of! Lost around 6 secs climbing that one but got my PB :) At last one race this year has gone the right way and to be honest, I felt I could have gone even faster as I used a couple of people as pace makers and just stuck to their 6:30-6:45 pace. Unaffiliated 33:30 33:34 33:34 64.07
