About this parkrun

Trail, tarmac & grass; single lap with short out & back in the middle. Undulating (41m elevation gain). Free parking near the finish. (Dec 2018)
Sigh 21st Dec 2018

One lapper. Starts off on a gravel track, can be a bit narrow and congested but soon thins out. Middle section of the run is on wide tarmac paths. The final 1k is all downhill, initially on grass and again tarmac. Undulating, hill of doom at mile 1.
Ronners 22nd Dec 2018

There's a short sharp climb on this one up a muddy gravel bank, Can imagine it being a bit iffy when wet!
Option for ice cream from a van at 1/3 way :-D
Corona 14th May 2019

One lap course with a short out and back section partway around. Road shoes should be OK most of the time. Mixed terrain, very scenic. Use toilets at Tesco before you arrive. Ample parking at Boldmere Gate.
Chingwakabungya 19th May 2019

mix of trail and road, two very testing hills but great down hill finish. Toilets are an issue if you're female and shy!! some cows about. very friendly, very scenic and a little tougher than some.
johnnyh1961 15th Jun 2019

An interesting mix of terrain, difficult trainer choice in poor weather. Road shoe is fine if it has been dry for a while. Some little climbs to temper your pace.
