smoke free Described as a hilly course so lloking forward to testing myself but probably not expecting a fast time UPDATE!! Bleedin hilly, pretty breezy in places and I forgot Gary garmin!!! Unbelievably ran a pb having followed the lady who finished second lady from mile 4 - she really pulled me up those horrid hills - whoever you are, thank you and sorry for sprinting past you at the end but the pb becond.....
