Casares Pacer I timed myself at 19:36 rather than the published time of 19:43. Ran at a reasonable pace for the first half lap than started moving past people and felt comfortable going under 20 minutes. For once I ran a negative split. Team Win 1st race in over 3 months- Pheonix Flyer 5k. Finished 25th in 17.50 so pleased with time given lack of race sharpness. I didnt have my usual fast finish and lost out in a sprint finish to 2 others which was only downside. Shrewsbury AC 17:19 17:50 18:45 17:50 72.06
