Herts-Runner This was a real slow course everyone ran slower times, but it was my best race, i finished higher than in any of the previous league 10k's and i felt alot stronger, taking 5 positions in the last 1km. Herts Phoenix AC 38:16 38:16 38:30 68.71

Vicksta I missed my PB by 2 seconds! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!! But still pleased as I didn't think I was anywhere near the form I was on last year, so to be 2 seconds off was pretty good! And you never know, when the official results come out... Managed to fend off john n in a race for the line, you'll get me next time though john! ;-) Update. Damn, my official result is 45:33.
