Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great day - great to see people - wonderful weather - even better route.

Now, if I can just get my legs to work................
Raptors Claws are Coming to Town
Planning to approach this as a training run for Snowdonia, but it's far enough out for me to have a decent pop at sub-4 :o)
UPDATE
I'm leaving that "sub-4" there as a homage to hubris! Had a good first lap, ran every step, and, since my right ITB was hurting, thought about taking my sub-2hr half-marathon and quitting. But I couldn't resist a second look at the magnificent views, so I trundled round again.
Fantastic, low-key but smoothly-organised race yet again. Nice medal, good t-shirt, lots of Fetchies and ex-TiTs, and perfect weather. I would find it difficult to leave Langdale off my race calendar :)
eL Bee!
Really like this race. I'll race it next time:-)
