ismo set off fast, held on, slowed a little 3 m picked it up 1.5 to go. hard going but felt strong. overtook a few in last mile. well pleased with time, only seconds off pb, the thought of a free veggie burger at end kept me going! Unaffiliated 31:16 31:16 31:30 31:16 73.05
