Should Av Run Quicker Hot and humid, knocked 3 mins off the last time I did this so must be doing something right. Set off steady and kept it like that, as usual had a nightmare up the hill 3 times but was making it up on the flat as I felt quite strong. 12th overall. Stockport Harriers & AC 35:27 37:13 37:13 75.38
