Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Managed a PB set off far to fast and only a few seconds outside a sub 1:05 maybe next time :)
Not a PB day as anticipated. Wind was awful ruining any hope of a good performance. Convinced I could have gone sub 40 or very close to it had it not been windy. Ah well, I have a good few 10k's approaching where I'll hopefully redress that :-)
Had a virus for 3 weeks. Decided the day before to run.

Would have been better to rest!!!

my first 10k road race since 2000!!!! im not expecting to much so it will be nice to get a 10k under my belt..finish time 41.23. really windy day but i was fairly happy as everybody else ran slow due to the conditions..
PB by almost two minutes so well pleased despite the wind and the fact that it measured 10.2km on my Garmin
The Husky
God that seemed a long 10k despite the flat conditions it was very windy in places and my slowest 10k for 5 years oh well i'm pleased with 12th position not bad for an accuratly measured 10.2k race.
No chip time stopwatch 47.17
postion 29.07% 75/258
