KinkyS This was never going to be a PB for several reasons - post-FLM legs, general knackeredness, a tough course on a windy day... So I'm chuffed to bits to only be 4 seconds off the PB time I ran in Cambridge last year, which was on the fastest course you could ever imagine and in perfect conditions. 4th lady too :-) Met V&V (running and marshalling) :-) *EDIT* I'm a total muppet - I did 21:12 at Cambridge last year so it was a PB after all!!! Vicksta Ran comfortably hard rather than raced...though I did race the final mile to stay ahead of a stortford runner! Happy that I was controlled enough not to race flat out...Halstead is more important. Nice to meet KinkyS! Harlow RC 21:42 22:34 23:00 22:51 64.74
