AngeM Lovely course, good marshalls, well organised, rather undulating course, didn't especially like hills at 11 and 12 miles. Warm day. Clocked 1:47:45 (gun time) for 13.23 miles accoridng to Garmin, so I guess a mid 1:46 for 13.1 miles. City of Norwich AC 1:36:28 1:47:45 1:47:45 61.15

Jigs Started well and by mile 3 was planning not to race Reading in 2 weeks time after a PB today! Do'h!! not as easy as that. More undulating than I'd imagined and not yet in PB form. Knew I was going to get a SB though and finished 18th over all and 1st in category :-) Yes, that's right, my 1st category win! Oli23 Ran well- Garmin Forerunner packed up just before the start so I had to run without it. Paced myself pretty well. Loved the race. Offical time was 1.29.29, but my watch gave 1.29.09!!!! Im happy with the official time though.... Unaffiliated 1:28:37 1:29:29 1:33:00 1:29:29 64.79
