Bri Mill Should do better than 40mins but always seem to struggle on lately on this course, have used my chip time since the start was so chaotic, a poor decision to go back to starting in the castle Leamington C & AC 38:18 38:50 40:00 39:01 74.27
clare1976 Entered, I will be pushing the jogging buggy (the organisers have said it's okay!) as hubby is doing it too. Will be tough due to uphills, but good training!! Would love to come in under an hour chip time.

Chuffed to bits, great support from runners and marshalls, made running in the rain fun :-) Spa Striders RC 40:42 46:09 59:59 51:10 58.41

Grumpy fella Despite the weather I thoroughly enjoyed this. Improved my time for this course by 2min 30s. Thought I was on for a pb but relied on my Garmin which got confused. Told me I'd done it but it had measured the route wrong. Oh well Unaffiliated 54:37 1:01:17 1:02:30 45.24
ifor Absolutely soaking with massive thundercloud dumping water out of the sky at the start. Nice course pretty undulating with no killer hills. Went great, kept up the speed from the start and managed to keep going ok. Mid-section was harder as always. Fitness good. Unaffiliated 43:09 43:09 48:20 47:11 55.95
Iggle Piggle P.B yet again!!, Just happy to get to start after Hamstring pull on Wednsday. Thank goodness for a) a great Physio and b) Ibuprofin!.
As for race, even though a very wet day support was good especially at Leek Wooton.

** UPDATE ** Just found the following link for video footage of finish line:

Johnny Blaze Hopefully I will nail a pb here. My local race - ah lurve eet!

RACE: Gawd what a day, wetaher-wise - persisting down and a massive clap of thunder before the start. I was freezing and soaked like 3000 others - pity, cos the start in the castle grounds would be really special on a normal day.

PB and my first sub 50! Very very chuffed! Unaffiliated 49:28 49:28 49:59 49:28 60.06
jrfield My first race and I really didn't know how I would do. I had been training to finish in under 1 hour but I injured my leg in rugby training the week before.

Fantastic atmosphere, I really enjoyed it despite the weather and bearing in mind I was running injured, I was very pleased with my time. Net year 55 mins will be my target! Unaffiliated 1:00:39 1:01:30 1:10:00 1:01:30 42.93

Recoil Very Meh... too many people walking at the beginning meant I had to weave about, probably could have gone about a minute faster if it wasnt for that. Didnt mind the rain tho... Unaffiliated 57:45 57:45 57:45 46.13

Starmix Chip time PB - no chance of a gun time PB as it took me over 6 minutes to get to the start! Race felt crowded all the way, massive puddles taking lots of space on the roads didn't help. Good support despite the weather though. Northbrook AC 48:15 48:15 48:15 63.30

upsy daisy Hoping to beat last year's time of just over an hour. *update* Certainly beat last year's time, by 3 mins. Hooray...although it was far colder and wetter than last year. Maybe that helped :-) Northbrook AC 55:52 55:52 55:00 57:17 54.25
