Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue we generate from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that we can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

A new PB - so very pleased with that.
Clearly lacking speed in the legs - which were still fatigued
Legs were still heavy from Draycote, a new PB will have to wait until next month.
Might blow up but need to test myself and since its not a target race, it doesn't matter.

I blew up, lol. Went off way too fast, did a 7 minute 2k at the beginning!
pudding monster
I'm just getting slower and slower at these races.
Well i could use thursday nights hill session as an excuse for today , but in the end i missed my target time , but well done to Andy Money who if he had not thrown up would have beaten the target i set . Till next time Andy all the best
I CAN do sub-40 this time ... I CAN ... I CAN!
I DID :o)
Good conditions for racing. Not displeased with this - not a PB, but my best time for this series.
GP Points: 126.
Total Points: 360
