i went out hard and fast, payed for it at 3 miles where i had to stop and threw up!!! managed to carry on and clock a comeback pb. el bee flew past me after the opening mile and i just about beat BAR,looking forward to the next race......l
A new PB - so very pleased with that.
Clearly lacking speed in the legs - which were still fatigued
Legs were still heavy from Draycote, a new PB will have to wait until next month.
Might blow up but need to test myself and since its not a target race, it doesn't matter.
I blew up, lol. Went off way too fast, did a 7 minute 2k at the beginning!
I'm just getting slower and slower at these races.
Well i could use thursday nights hill session as an excuse for today , but in the end i missed my target time , but well done to Andy Money who if he had not thrown up would have beaten the target i set . Till next time Andy all the best
I CAN do sub-40 this time ... I CAN ... I CAN!
I DID :o)
Good conditions for racing. Not displeased with this - not a PB, but my best time for this series.
