Dvorak Hadn't run more than 12km since the end of March, how would it go? Fairly well really: fourth fastest HM, 49s outside PB. Had no 'finish' today, tailed off slightly over last 1.5m. Carrying around 4lbs over last time - hey, that's 90s, can I call it a weight adjusted PB :-)? The early part of the course may have been the least scenic ever, but out along the cycle paths was pleasant enough. It was really the hills and headwinds inbound that did for me and I took on not quite enough water for the heat. Met or saw andydgg, Fyvie, Scottbn, DaveK, remoh; and Ellem and Konaking on pics. JammyLu Very pleased with time! Didnt get to meet you all this time but i think i was overtaken by somebody in a fetch top which must have been Andy ? in the last 2 miles or so!
