DylanWales Very Hot on the day - suffered a lot. There were a lot of runners running different lines from the summit - so well worth some research for next year....the run back was a killer - transition from fell to track to ROAD was Ouch Ouch Ouch! there is still a good treck back to the Finish - so make sure you have plenty left in the tanks for the last run in.
