About this parkrun
Beautiful route, out'n'back along a wooded river to a reservoir. Gently undulating, with some more challenging hillage at the start/finish. Good paths, tarmac, packed gravel, boardwalks. Red squirrels in the woods!jabberknit 26th May 2019
Lovely route. No dogs no pushchairs. Several parking options nearby. Good surface, though boardwalk gets slippery when wet. Very up and down for first and last km, middle part pretty flat.

Absolutely gorgeous course, a tough one with lots of ups and downs. Less than 60 runners when we did it. Friendly event team. I felt a bit ill when we did it, so I hope to go back another time. We saw a red squirrel after!
