Tri_Harder This was a great race. Legs feeling heavy still from thursdays long run, but managed to keep an 8 minute mile pace. Went past five mile marker expecting the 4 mile marker, which was the best feeling i've ever had running. Watch decided to pack in after 2nd mile. splits: 1 mile 7:52 2 mile 16:10 The final hill was a killer!! Unaffiliated 56:19 56:19 58:00 56:19 53.29
