This event is listed on these dates:
Did the full 21.2 and loved it, ran round comfortably and enjoyed it as a LSR
Garmin time - very pleased with this time, especially after the BMF 10K the previous day! Managed 5 miles steady, 5 miles marathon pace, 5 miles steady and 5 miles marathon pace, plus one to spare!!
Well organised, great training run for London as ever. Also, as ever, I ignored my plan to run steady and went at marathon pace, and so suffered mightily in the last 2 miles!
Ran 2:47 in 2006
Early start with the clocks changing - Made worthwhile by the very good running conditions and well organised event
Steady for 1st 15/16 at 6.25 pace then did last 6 at 6mm.
Unofficial pending results. Very happy with this time.
Finished 19th overall and 3rd M40.
