allupmiler Conditions were good (cold but not freezing and no wind). I felt the training had gone reasonably well over the last month, but the race was very hard going. I'd hoped for a better time, but in the end was relieved to get a pb (by just 5 seconds). Unaffiliated 21:13 22:50 22:50 66.08
