Gokeith Felt i had a decent run.1st time i've ran this one .Slightly harder on the 1st 4km then levelled out.Halfway in 17.20 2nd half in 16.53 Kilmarnock Harriers & AC, Loudoun Runners AC 33:13 34:11 34:11 82.35

Jaffers Well not the best performance of my life (52nd), but my only excuse is 6 months since last race and went off too quick.
