Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Gutted.... 2 seconds of a sub 50, aaagghh! and to be honest I really could not have found those 2 seconds from anywhere, was maxed out all the way round. Ah well, definately a sub 50 for the next 10k.
kyt
confirmed time. v slow 1st k with new, stabbing knee pain (!) then a nippy 9.
very neat getting a text message from winningtime with time & placings.
AlanO
Reasonably chuffed although hoped to go a wee bit quicker. Great weather. Had a go at it but could still only hit 5km in 18.45. On the plus side came back in 18.51. Best 10km time in 5yrs. Rest, Rest, Rest now til Edinburgh.
_bod_
I had a cracking race. Consistent throughout and a new PB. Well marshalled course, great weather. Won 3rd team prize. Well done fellow fetchies and clubmates.
wil e coyote
Great event this one. Really enjoyed the course. Will do again.
MountainMasher
39:20, was under the 40 mins but still need to work on holding a pace and get some intervals training in. Not for me the road racing, but good to see how you are improving over time. I'll stick to the fell, I think ;-)
Jaffers
Well not the best performance of my life (52nd), but my only excuse is 6 months since last race and went off too quick. Some great runs though from Bodo (22nd) and Elke and Russell, but tonight just wasn't my night (only taken me 4 days to come to terms with that!)
Rav
Very happy...got a PB on this route
ian9657
my 21st race and fastest 10k in 2009, decent run, pass marks but could try harder
Gokeith
Felt i had a decent run.1st time i've ran this one .Slightly harder on the 1st 4km then levelled out.Halfway in 17.20 2nd half in 16.53
YoungWallace
Pretty good running conditions. Carrying a niggly pain in my right heel throughout the race but good steady improvement in my time after a relatively lazy month
