Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Happy to pace sub-7, sub-8 and sub-9 (or any denominations of!) if necessary as well. ***UPDATE*** Ran very badly as I was suffering from food poisoning. Damn. I was really up for today as well. Thanks Ruth for a good day out all the same.
Waveydavey
Assuming conditions will be carp anything under 6 minutes will be fine and/or dandy
UPDATE - apart from being a bit windy conditions were good and I PB'd, which is nice.
manicstreetpounder
Managed to somehow shave another second off the PB :-) Both me and Nathan enjoyed the races...bring on the next one!!!
-Monty-
should be interesting. had a practice and made it 6:08. under 6:00 would be nice!

personal pb!
JPK
2nd pb of the day after nhtt 5k one. So much quicker than I thought I could do. Fab day :-)
solitude_fairy
Very very pleased as equalled PB despite having in injury/niggle. Thanks to all for the advice today, and a great great day out. Really enjoyed myself and really pleased I went along despite not wanting to this morning.
AndyWB
I was supposed to be paced around the mile by Gobi at 7.30 pace, so much for that. Very fast first lap, anyway thanks for the pacing Gobi.
BrianJ
Not quite a PB (again). Third lap was the problem, something like 2:05, others all <2min. Bit annoyed as conditions were good for time of year.
keets
A PB by 5 seconds mainly down to Blister pacing Trin running well inside 6:15 pace.
Maclennane
Superb day out, and better result than I'd expected, thanks to Ruth for brilliant organisation and telling me I looked silly following Gobi's running form advice, to Fanny for driving and for the company and to Gobi for his pacing. Blog to follow.

RFJ
