Happy to pace sub-7, sub-8 and sub-9 (or any denominations of!) if necessary as well. ***UPDATE*** Ran very badly as I was suffering from food poisoning. Damn. I was really up for today as well. Thanks Ruth for a good day out all the same.
Assuming conditions will be carp anything under 6 minutes will be fine and/or dandy
UPDATE - apart from being a bit windy conditions were good and I PB'd, which is nice.
Managed to somehow shave another second off the PB :-) Both me and Nathan enjoyed the races...bring on the next one!!!
should be interesting. had a practice and made it 6:08. under 6:00 would be nice!

personal pb!
2nd pb of the day after nhtt 5k one. So much quicker than I thought I could do. Fab day :-)
Very very pleased as equalled PB despite having in injury/niggle. Thanks to all for the advice today, and a great great day out. Really enjoyed myself and really pleased I went along despite not wanting to this morning.
I was supposed to be paced around the mile by Gobi at 7.30 pace, so much for that. Very fast first lap, anyway thanks for the pacing Gobi.
Not quite a PB (again). Third lap was the problem, something like 2:05, others all <2min. Bit annoyed as conditions were good for time of year.
A PB by 5 seconds mainly down to Blister pacing Trin running well inside 6:15 pace.
Superb day out, and better result than I'd expected, thanks to Ruth for brilliant organisation and telling me I looked silly following Gobi's running form advice, to Fanny for driving and for the company and to Gobi for his pacing. Blog to follow.
Feel the Force

79/79/79/74 - simple huh. Solid but unspectacular
Will be interesting to see if I can make my prediction on the back of a hard few weeks training! UPDATE happy with going faster than I thought I could do! Great to meet all you cool ppl.
rather happy, 86, 88, 87, 73, had plenty in the tank for the finish, which meant I passed Jnr
Huge thanks to RFJ for pacing :-)
knew my goal was a bit out of reach haveing already done a session in the morning and i ran on my own but was pleased with my time new pb!!!!!
