AngeM Decided to run this as training run, since I still have this dodgy sore bum muscle thing which thankfully held out for the run. Garmin time due to being near the back at the start. Well organised race with great marshalling and I was told that the bread and butter pudding at race HQ was good. Lovely day, maybe a bit warm in the sun and it was definitely undulating, I thought it would be much flatter for some reason but i have no idea where I got that idea from! KinkyS Complete nightmare :-( Died a death at 13 miles and fought all the way after that just to keep running. Gutted. I just didn't have it today. Small crumbs of comfort though - it was a warm day, a tough course and I had a shocker and yet still 29th lady out of almost 300, and in the top third of the field overall.
