RuthB2 new PB! very chuffed! nose stuffed up still, but a perfect day, beautiful autumn morning. Went out too fast, then stuck with Flo for most of race. started to really hurt on the back section lap 2, lost some time in the last quarter mile. tried to focus on my form a bit. Very chuffed!
