baggio71 Before : 1st half since last June, can't wait just hope its not too cold! After : Fine day for running, went off perhaps bit too quick so 4 miles = 30min, 8 = 61 min. Not much in the legs for 2nd half. hills not too bad but couldnt make most of downhills. Last mile or so v painful, gave up on 1.40 with bout 1/2 mile to go. still quite pleased with time tho!
