Lisrun Very muddy, but not to cold. Couldn't tell how deep some of the puddles were. Followed by cake Hmmmmmmm 100 Marathon Club, North East Marathon Club 48:57 59.58
makem 1 another tough HL , tough coarse, frozen in parts and a swamp in other parts, but manage to be a counter for the team sunderland harriers 39:00 38:43 64.51

nochickenstrip This was GPS'd at 5.75 Miles. 30th Position Overall from Medium Pack, 9th out of 60 Medium Packers. Course felt much easier (hill-wise) than last year although we had all kinds of weathered terrain thrown at us, deep icy water, ice, thick mud, snow and a mix of ordinary hard and soft ground. very pleased with my run.
