Cats Whiskers For some reason, stage lengths have been altered. Mine's increased from 12.6 to 15.4km. Ugh! Think this is going to be slow and ploddy. UPDATE: The actual distance turned out to be 14.8km. So, on the plus side, I was saved having to grind out a further 0.6km when I'd already lost the will to live at c. 10km! On the downside, it was actually a bit of an anti-climax to be pulled over into a relay changeover zone before I'd given even the semblance of a sprint finish! Not too dissatisfied with this, given my serious lack of endurance training since April. Something to build on, at any rate. Cambridge & Coleridge AC 1:15:52 62.94
