Grey Badger Legs were a touch weak on warm up and tight for the first couple of miles. Had a tough last 4 miles racing against Keith Murray from Teviotdale, we exchanged places numerous times but i managed to pip him in the last half mile but i was about done in and was retching as i crossed the line. Took 6 sec off my time for this race 2 years ago so pleased. Very well organised by Norham Running Club and a perfect day weatherwise, sunny with light breeze but cool.
