Rach E Second 5k of the day! Nice fun race as part of the club championships. A good turnout. Sat behind James for four laps and then ran relatively hard to the end. The best I've ever felt in a 5000m and there's more in the tank. Aldershot, Farnham & District AC, Team Kennet, Newbury Velo 18:16 18:16 18:16 80.66
