the 4th race in the series and my fastest, really pleased with today, conditions were cold and windy plus i beat a few who have been ahead of me all season, happy days!!
Good race, bit cold to start with. Think I can go a bit faster

disappointed, but my legs have been telling me all week that they are ready for a rest
After a full month of training and a 100 miles covered was expecting a time under 39 minutes. It wasn't to be, however the legs didn't tire during the second lap, and i felt i was running well rather than just surviving the 5 miles. A PB, so have to be happy!!
Enter on the day. Got PB written all over it. Place your bets ladies and gentlemen. :-) ** Well I got the PB, but a bit disappointed with time. I know I can go quicker than that. Nice race though on a cold and windy day.
Well, this wasn't as windy as I thought it would be jogging over to the start, and not as cold as last month. Really, really pleased that I knocked nearly one and a half minutes off my January time, and nearly a minute off my predicted time.
first time running this event , will be back next month . Tried to hang on to Andy Money but he was to quick !!
Wasn't really fit or rested enough for a sub-40min attempt. Happy enough with this - only 13s off my best time for the current series.
