R.I.C.O. A very LONG 10k that, very hazardous too and a dangerous course. I took it very steady after the first lap, that hill was a bit tough (walked up) and there were places where you really could have knackered yourself if you were'nt careful. But full credit to the Droitwich lot for putting on this race, we would'nt have had a league without them. Possibly the slowest 10k I'll do for the next 30 years! Centurion RC 35:19 36:09 43:24 60.83
