Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Bring on the mud ! Lets pray for a drop off rain :)
because I didn't get cold enough last year......Loved it. 9 mins quicker than last year. Hope that this is because I am quicker and not that the course was shorter after the slight route alterations ;-)
Surprisingly good considering I was partying till late the night before (not a good idea). Loads of glorious mud, liquid, sticky and water crossing.

Fantastic race. Loads of friendly runners, huge amounts of wet, sticky mud, water crossing. Great atmosphere. Loved every wet, muddy minute of it.
What a great race especially if you do not mind getting MUDDY!
9th - Enjoyed the mud which there seemed to be more of this year and I even had time to fall in the stream. I was 3 1/2 minutes faster than last year although the course was a bit shorter (5.85 miles on garmin).
Extreme Mud!! Crazy Got stuck at the start, "Mad start" but always a lot of fun to race here again.

This race, for me, was not about time as marathoned last week, there aren't many places to pass as the tracks are narrow for a couple of miles. Thanks to all the marshalls for another great race.
More mud this year, but not as cold! Quicker time but it was a slighty shorter course. Really enjoyed it.
Had a really good run - must be the week off running and the sleep deprivation of having a new baby! The course was a bit shorter (measured 5.89 miles vs 6.20 last year on the Garmin) but 7 minutes off my time was a top result.
Evil Rich the Dog Dazer
Didn't even plan to do this race!! Last minute number, running on the back of 19 miles yesterday...and ran ok!! Not in the results as myself either :-( 'cause I had a returned number and they've put the original name on the results!
