Baza Had really hoped for under 18 mins and I thought it was ideal for running, I was just a bit cautious at a couple of the left turns in case it was slippy as it was/ had been raining. Started to easy and went through 1 mile in 5:53. Picked up (or so i thought) and went by 2 in 5:50, or 11:43. Made an effort in the 3rd and I think it was 5:45. Then had to bolt down to the station, apologies for not stopping to chat afterwards, good to see Tigger, Dyslexic, remoh and HappyG (rrr) Carnegie Harriers 17:07 17:27 18:10 70.95
