Ulric A minute slower than last year despite training harder and faster, don't really understand it. Don't like the Pollock park section, too many hills/inclines. Unaffiliated 32:56 45:44 45:44 62.84

grammcen Best ever 10k race time. Faded the last 100 m but to get that much off my PB was the best but also that close to being under 40mins.
Finished 103rd out the whole course which was cool as well. Motherwell AC, Royal Mail Run GMC 39:32 40:01 44:00 40:01 66.58

Stovies A great event. Perfect weather, really well organised and a lovely route. I I will definitely be taking part in this race again next year. Chuffed with the PB but got to get under 50mins soon. Unaffiliated 50:01 50:05 55:30 50:05 52.89
FitterStu Fantastic run. Three minute PB with really consistent splits. Was hurting by the end but absolutely delighted. I can now concentrate on half-marathon training and, hopefully, the sub hour 10K will come from that.

Really well organised event; everything appeared to go perfectly. Unaffiliated 49:11 52:54 1:03:00 1:00:26 46.42
