John Kynaston Really enjoyed this race organised by my club Kilbarchan. We train on this cycle path every Monday night so it was fun to run a race on it. I turned 4th but was caught by a couple of runners on the way back but very pleased with 6th place and a good time. Kilbarchan AAC 34:00 33:47 77.01
