TW 300mtr swim in outdoor pool, 20km bike, 5km run. Good event...swim 5.44, bike about 42 mins, run just under 20mins (suspect it was short of 5kms). Unaffiliated 1:09:26 1:09:26
Waveydavey 300m - 22K - 5K 9:16 (includes transition) - 43:32 (includes transition) - 19:30 My swim was a little slow and it was far too hot for the run! The bike was tough going out but a breeze coming back. Reading Roadrunners 1:10:00 1:12:18 1:12:18
