Agent Orange Second time entering the work sportsday 3000m. After an afternoon of netball and softball I wasn't in prime condition but unlike last time I hadn't had a beer beforehand. Paced myself pretty well for 12.33 and fourth place. For a minute in the middle I thought I might have had a chance of sneaking third. Just left myself a bit much to do on the last lap to break 12.30 but even so it's over a minute better than last time. Unaffiliated 12:33 12:33 12:33 63.86
